AI adoption & enablement
We help you choose the use cases worth doing, train your team on their own tasks and roll out tools like Copilot, so people keep using them after the workshop.
We design, build and run AI automations, data analytics and machine-learning pipelines. Enterprises bring us in to get AI out of the pilot phase and into production.
SMEs start with a free pilot: we build one working automation on your own tools, and you decide whether to take it further.
Six services, from a first workshop to a model in production. Hire us for one, or bring us in end to end.
We help you choose the use cases worth doing, train your team on their own tasks and roll out tools like Copilot, so people keep using them after the workshop.
We automate the repetitive work that runs through your e-mail, documents, CRM and ERP. A person still approves every decision that matters.
We connect large language models, retrieval (RAG) and agents to your systems and data. We stay model-agnostic, so you can switch vendors, choose EU hosting, or run a local model when the data can't leave the building.
One set of numbers everyone agrees on, and dashboards people open without a reminder. We define the KPIs with you and send a plain-language summary to your inbox before Monday's meeting.
We take models from notebook to production with reproducible training and automated deployment. Drift monitoring tells you a model needs retraining before your users notice.
We build data platforms on Azure that scale as your data grows, with the security and lineage your auditors will ask about. GDPR is part of the design from the first sketch.

Most SMEs don't need an AI strategy deck. They need one tedious task off their desk. That's where we start: a free pilot that automates your first workflow.
In a 30-minute call, we find the task that costs your team the most hours each week.
We build it on your own tools and data, usually within two weeks. A real working proof of concept.
Your team uses it on real work, and together we measure the time it saves. If the numbers don't convince you, you walk away and owe nothing.
If you want to keep it, we take it into production and look after it, on a plan sized to your workflow and agreed together.
Start free. Only continue if it pays off.
The pilot costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If it saves your team real time, we plan the next step together.
Each example comes from a sector that carries the regional economy: hospitality, the port, food, machine building and construction. In every one, a person makes the final call.
Most large organisations have run AI pilots. Far fewer have one in production. We work inside enterprise teams today to close that gap: we design the data architecture, ML pipelines and generative AI platforms, and fit them into your governance, security reviews and budget cycles. see the track record on linkedin →
One workflow for a ten-person company or a data platform for thousands of users: the same four rules apply.
We start with the hours, euros or risk at stake, and only then choose the technology.
You see a prototype within days and a working workflow within weeks, so you decide based on something you've clicked through yourself.
Every build ships with monitoring and documentation, on an architecture that can grow, so it keeps working long after go-live.
You always know what runs, what it costs, which data it touches and why.
Yes. We pick one process with you, build a working proof of concept on your own tools and data, and let your team use it. We aim to deliver a pilot within two weeks, depending on the size of the process. If it doesn't save you real time, you walk away and owe nothing. If you want to take it into production, we agree the next step together. We carry that risk because a working workflow makes a better argument than any sales pitch.
We look at the results with you and agree a plan to take the workflow into production, sized to what it needs. From then on we look after it: hosting, monitoring, and adjustments when your tools or processes change. Anything new, like a second workflow, we scope with you before we start.
No. We handle the technical side, and you bring the knowledge of how your business works. We make sure your team knows how to use what we build and when to trust its output.
We design for the GDPR from the start. Your data is used for your workflow and nothing else. We prefer EU-hosted infrastructure and choose AI providers and settings that don't train on your data. You get an overview of which data goes where. For regulated use cases, the EU AI Act is part of the design too.
Most of what you already use: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, Gmail, Teams and Slack; CRMs and ERPs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Exact and Teamleader; Power BI and Azure. If a system has an API or an export, we can usually work with it.
Yes. Exseed started in enterprise work: data architecture, ML pipelines and generative AI inside large organisations, alongside internal IT, security and procurement. The free pilot is built for SMEs. With enterprises, we scope consulting or project delivery together.
Tell us about the task that eats your team's week, or the AI project that's stuck in pilot. There's no form to fill in, and we reply within 48 hours.
